	> HOMELESS IN PARADISE November 5, 2011 This multi-dimensional exhibition features the photographic work of Laguna Beach artists Faye Chapman and Tim Carmody, whose empathetic portraits bring the faces out of the shadows of our own small town streets. This work is juxtaposed with LA Times photographer Genaro Molina's gritty portrayals of chronic homelessness in Los Angeles as shown in his highly acclaimed "Project 50" and "Skid Row" series.

	> The Sand Storm: Stories From the Front June 2005 BC Space Gallery is proud to present two showings of The Sand Storm: Stories From the Front on Saturday, June 11, 2005. This powerful and timely multimedia play was written by a young Marine, Sean Huze, who recently returned from duty in Iraq determined to tell of his and his comrades experiences in that theatre of war.

	> Aimee Greenberg: Dona Sangre (Give Blood) & Lighticity May 2005 On two weekends in May, BC Space Gallery will present a daring Performance Art event . The solo theatrical performance, Dona Sangre (Give Blood), is written, staged and acted by Aimee Greenberg, a New York conservatory trained artist. In addition, BC is hosting Lighticity, an experimental exhibition from Cypress College's advanced photographic art class.

	> Mean Times... Back At Home September 2004 Mean Times. . . Back At Home is a pertinent sequel to the previous exhibition "Pretty Lies/Dirty Truths" which began in January 2003. That timely show provided an open forum for expressions on the then impending "pre-emptive" war in Iraq.

	> Shedding Light March 2004 BC Space Gallery presents a new exhibition entitled Shedding Light, featuring the photo-derived lightscapes of Robert Johnson and Richard Hutter. These extraordinary works employ the furthest reaches of computer assisted technology in photographic imagery and digital printing and directly challenge the traditional concepts of photography.

	> Wheels of Justice Tour 2004 On Wednesday, February 4, 2004 from 6:30 to 9 PM, BC Space Gallery in association with the Laguna Peace Vigil hosted a wonderful evening of art, humor, little-known information and education in political activism. This event kicked off the 2004 Wheels of Justice Tour, a national campaign sponsored by Voices in the Wilderness, the Middle East Children's Alliance, and the Palestine Right to Return Coalition.



	> Solstice 2003 - 2004 To acknowledge the ancient tradition of Saturnalia, perhaps the oldest observed holiday, BC Space Gallery has organized a special multi-faceted event which you might enjoy attending. Join us on Sunday, December 21st, 2003 to celebrate the beginning of the true New Year for our great blue planet, this beautiful third rock from the Sun, and honor the Moment of the Return of The Light. The exhibition, entitled Saturnalian Sunsets for the Solstice Season, will feature a stunning array of photographs and related works reflecting on the role of the Sun as the primary Source of Life in our Solar System. All other activities will follow this theme. The exhibition will run until mid February.
	> Pretty Lies / Dirty Truths February 9 to December 2003 The first show of 2003 for BC Space deals with the demanding and urgent issues of our age. Entitled Pretty Lies / Dirty Truths, this exhibit will include artists whose work addresses the hypocrisy that appears to be systemic in the ranks of our political, spiritual, and economic leadership. At a unique time in the history of our world, when the United States is the unchallenged superpower with an extraordinary opportunity to use that position for the common good of man and the planet, these leaders are preparing to squander our resources on the most brutal and least inspired of human activities...WAR. Pretty Lies / Dirty Truths offers unflinching views and alternative perspectives of over four score artists who believe that underneath the current patriotic rhetoric lurk that same old motives driven by ignorance, arrogance, and greed. These artists all embrace the proposition that it is time to promote a better vision for the world. We further challenge that if any of the dirty truths presented in this exhibit are found to be untrue that we will offer a public apology and withdraw them from the show
